$135 per night per apartment,

Reservations:  A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.

Payment:  Full payment is due 21 days prior to your arrival.  If payment is not received at this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
For reservations made within 21 days of arrival, full payment will be collected at that time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check, company check, or money order.

Cancellation Policy:  There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 21 days of your arrival.  A full refund less an $80 processing fee will be issued for cancellations made more than 21 days in advance.

Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Check-out time: 10:00 am

Cleaning: There is a $50 departure cleaning fee that will be included in your total payment.

Miscellaneous:

• Please remove your shoes
• All units are non-smoking
• No pets are allowed
• Telephone has only local and 800 number access. Long distance calls can be placed with a calling or credit card.
